Basecamp is built on a converted colonial style house overlooking the bay of Weligama.  Each of our rooms are tastefully decorated to bring joy and tranquility to your stay.  Modern conveniences such as bedside USB chargers and reading lamps are just some of the small touches you'll appreciate.  We offer rooms with AC and ensuite bathrooms for your comfort and privacy.  There are also budget friendly options with AC and shared bathrooms too.  Don't worry, there's almost never a line to use the facilities.             

  Our great big front yard has lawn chairs, hammock, a slack line, an outdoor shower, and big shady trees.  Whole days can be spent under their shade reading, watching monkeys, or just taking a nap.  If you're fortunate enough to be traveling by car or private tuktuk, there is space for your vehicle too.  There is a small semi-private beach just across the street and the main Weligama beach is just a short walk down the road.
