Why practise here

A yoga house, not a hotel with a class

Practice twice a day

Vinyasa to start the day, Yin as the light turns gold. Every day, 75 minutes each.

Teachers with real depth

A rotating team, including teachers who have studied in Mysore. Different styles, the same care.

Beyond the poses

Breathwork and meditation are woven into classes, with sound healing, cacao ceremonies and workshops through the season.

All levels, all provided

First class or thousandth. Mats, blocks and props are here, and you can drop in without staying.

One shala, many styles

A rotating team of teachers shares the shala this season, each with their own style — so no two classes feel the same, and every class feels held.

Natasha

Natasha

Kundalini · Yin · Nidra · Slow flow

A proud Sri Lankan teacher, rolling out the mat for students since 2019 and excited to share the magical energy of this land. Expect asana woven with strong pranayama and gentle meditative pockets — an invitation to drop within, into your own magic.

Anna

Ashtanga · Vinyasa

Nearly a decade of devoted daily Ashtanga practice took Anna to Mysore, India, to study with Sharath Guruji himself. Her flows are rooted in tradition but playful with it — foundations, strength, mobility and breath, with careful hands-on adjustments that honour each student’s boundaries.

Freya

Freya

Yin + Deep Release Massage · Vinyasa

From the UK, teaching for eight years — three and a half of them here in Sri Lanka, which has become home. Her signature class pairs long-held Yin postures with intuitive hands-on massage using Ayurvedic balms and oils. Touch is always optional, with a discreet way to opt in or out at the start of every session.

Poorvika

Poorvika

Vinyasa · Slow flow

A 200-hour certified teacher who loves creating space to slow down, reconnect, and find balance between body and mind. Move mindfully, connect with your breath — come as you are, leave the mat in peace.

Beyond the mat

Massage, sound & ceremony

Practice here goes beyond the poses — breathwork and meditation are woven into classes, you can book a massage at the house, and the season brings sound healing, cacao ceremonies, and workshops in the shala throughout the year.
